Registration for 2020

Registrations Appreciated by September 28, 2020

Please Note: 2020's Online Symposium is free, though donations are always appreciated.  The following information applies to 2021's planned Symposium.

You may transfer your registration to another person up to three weeks prior to the Symposium. Please call the Maria Mitchell Association directly at 508.228.9198 to do this. You will need your replacement's name, address, phone, and email address. Once the Symposium begins, you cannot transfer or share your registration. 

Registration is for the full Symposium only – two days – and cannot be split in any way. 
We are unable to accept purchase orders or government training vouchers. We accept Mastercard or Visa and can register you by phone at 508.228.9198 if you are not able to register online. We will accept checks but registration will not be completed until the check has been received and cleared.


If you need to cancel your registration, we will provide refunds, less a 30% processing fee, up to one month before the conference (September 1).  After that date, there are no refunds. Refunds will be made after completion of the Symposium and will be made by a credit on a credit card or a check mailed to you – it is up to the discretion of the MMA.
